All telephonic reservation requests will be held on a tentative basis and a written confirmation (via email or letter) is required by the hotel to confirm the reservation – within the time frame given by the reservations department.
All Group Bookings / Bulk Bookings would be confirmed on an advance payment of 100% of the approximate billing. A mutual contract will have to be signed for all group bookings & disputes, (if any), will be settled under the local jurisdiction(saharsa).
The equipment’s & articles in the guest rooms are strictly meant for the usage of guests staying at the hotel & under no circumstances, are they to be removed from the rooms. Kindly be careful not to move these articles in the hotel or guest rooms from their fixed places without permission.
The following are not permitted within the hotel premises:Animals, Birds etc.
Guns, Swords, knives etc.
Chemicals, Volatile Oils & Explosives etc.
Any article which can pose a threat to the safety of guests.
All guests have to settle their bills directly before check out, either by cash/ card/UPI payment (code is available at the Front Desk). The hotel does not honor personal cheque as payments.
Rights of Admission are reserved by the property. In case of IDS – local or otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to deny a booking.
A maximum of two visitors are allowed in any guest rooms until 8:00 PM. Any personal meetings can be held at the restaurant or in case of availability, guests may be permitted to use the board room services for business meetings on a chargeable basis.
You are requested to refrain from alcohol, gambling or any such acts that violate public order or morals within the hotel premises or the guest rooms. As per Government guidelines, these activities will lead to legal action.
Outside food & beverages are not allowed within the hotel premises.
The management will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings of the guests.
Any Damage of Hotel Assets by the guest , the Cost of damaged assets will be charged.
You are requested to refrain from smoking in all public areas which poses a health hazard to the fellow guests.
All Government & State taxes will be levied as applicable.

Child Policy:
Children up to the age of 6 years sharing the parent’s room shall not be charged for accommodation. However, if an extra bed is required for the child 6 years and below, please contact us for the same.
